New Peking Guest House in Amsterdam, Hong Kong

I stayed at Peking Guest House at 9-13 November 2011. The room is very clean and the owner very helpfull.He ready to help you every time even at 5 morning to show the bus to the airport.I recommended this hostel because the location very strategic to go everywhere.Near to Avenue of Star,MTR,TST street,Museum of Art,etc.The room is very small,but it\'s ok for backpacker and safe if you go back to the hostel at night. We never get to stay at the New Peking Guest House.It was a nightmare to us especially for my 3 year old granddaughter who saw what kind of treatment we had by i suppose to be owner...a couple. We get there before 11am time that were committed to check in.We were disappointed that the are is being on renovation and was told that they were putting windows on the room so we ended staying temporarily in a room as we were told its going to be finished at 6pm.Its unlikely what i expected.Of course i

Dear Sir, It's a long story indeed. First of all, the check-in time should be 12:00 noon and I have not promised about the earlier check-in. You come to my guest house about 10:00 and request for an earlier check-in. I am cared about the need of customers and so provide you a twin-bed room immediately. The renovation about the windows of the building is scheduled to be finished about 06:00 p.m. If you feel the arrangement is not all right, you can go to find another one immediately without anything to pay. However, you have signed to pay the rent after getting cash from the money exchange downstairs. After earlier check in the twin bed room and taking a rest for about 1 hour, you are intended to leave without any notification for me. Finally, I "caught" you from the Security Monitoring TV and ask you the reason. I just want to check if you have broken anything in the twin-bed room and so you need to leave without any message. It’s totally unacceptable. That's why I need to call the police. It is a very reasonable reaction. My friend come to be the arbiter as he know you are not intended to be an irresponsible person and ask me to forgive you. This is the first time I have encountered this problem. The incorrect booking information on the customers’ booking list makes the situation be much worst. On my booking list, it was a two double bed room and there is actually no 4 bed room in my guest house. I have already reported it to the web site. Best regards, Manager of New Peking Guest House
