Nous avons adoré les contacts établis dans cet hostel, l'adorable Carrie nous a été d'une aide incroyable, en particulier dans les temps difficiles qui ont suivi l'incendie du Torres del Paine.Pick up à l'aéroport...mais n'oubliez pas de le confirmer la veille de votre arrivée! Very friendly and helpful (to organize the tour/tickets to Torres del Paine) staff. Big and well equipied kitchen. The hostel was quite a walk from the Navimag terminal, but conveniently located for shops and onward bus travel.Our double room with en suite was clean, warm and comfortable, with a particularly good shower. The guest kitchen was rather small, dingyand very poorly-equipped: there was very little in the way of crockery or cutlery or utensils to prepare and eat your ownfood.
