Very nice people, helpful and polite. I like this place but my room ( 301 ) was located beside the roof terrace and both nights people were partying, listening to music, laughing and talking loud until the wee hours of the night. staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help with any questions you may have. I would recommend the hostel to others. It is in an "old town" section and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and subway. the town people are nice and do not stare at foreigners. I was very tired when I arrived after midnight on the first night & was a little rude. The staff was still friendly to me. The staff was very nice and helpfull and the location was great.And we could use the kitchen!We left our luggage there while going to HK,and when we came back,because they were renovating,they directed us at a new place and even paid the taxi. The only down side were the matress (hard,oh my..) and the fact that we had no locker or lock on the door.But its still a very nice place! Caroline, from Canada ~ 3rd Jan 2012
