way too expensive, bathroom dirty, stupid rules(only the consumption of water is allowed in the dorms), obligatory 5 pounds deposit for a pillowcase(leads to the thought that rest of sheets are not changed after every guest), only park and ride parking spaces available outside the city. better pay a little bit more and stay at a different hostel or hotel. I love this hostel!! Staff and people staying here are very kind.Location is good.On weekend,i could easily to go clubbing from here.Shower room and kitchen are sometimes not clean. Happy gathers here.I'm sure everyone could enjoy your stay in this hostel. Wakako, from Japan ~ 2nd Feb 2012

The showers were incredible and the bathrooms there are one of the biggest in English hostels! It is a fantastic place if you are staying long-term.They give you a kitchen and dishware to make food.Also many people brought food from where they worked and shared with others in the hostel.Do not be fooled though, this is a party hostel, but a very responsible one meaning they go out often and drink, but do not cause a ruckus.If you are looking for a hostel with character than go there! Enjoyed my stay on Wed night, very good value for money. Nice hot shower, spent about an hour in there :)Room was quiet (4 bed), every one was asleep by 22.30 and no noice in the hall etc. Room was very warm too which was good as it was about 3C outside. I just went in to talk about my reservation as i did no longer want to stay there and stayed at my friend. I regret a bit reserving a place since it was almost empty so i lost 20 pounds. Very nice hostel for a few nights. Has a nice feel to it, very polite and helpful staff! Security key for front door and rooms, however lockers were not available for everybody. Clean on average, but kitchen was a bit messy and overall a bit dirty, but okay. Perfect location, close to the train station and city centre.
