Room very poor quality practically didn\'t have a window in,no curtain and a sheet hanging across it to dry.Felt a v. dilapidated property and unpleasant to be in.Will never go back.Had enjoyed hostels in Cork and Killarney last year and expected same/similar quality this fell well short. It's cheap accomodation at a convienient location.Staff are friendly and communal areas are clean.Bedroom lacked any soul, no pictures(come on guys!) and light cord didn't work.If you like nice decor, book a hotel instead. Ceinwen, from Wales ~ 1st May 2011

Apart from the owner/manager who was angrily and loudly barking to the other employees and being totally rude in general, the hostel was great and the value was excellent.Nice small size, decent location, good free breakfast and kitchen facilities. Allison, from USA ~ 28th Mar 2011

Its as cold inside as it is outside! The internet has a horrible signal and the coed showers have clear stall doors. Its about 10 min walk to bus station, 15 min to city center which is an easy walk. Common areas all close at 1130. I was not pleased with my stay here, but thankfully it wasnt for long Alison, from USA ~ 13th Mar 2011
