100% Loved this place! It is located a 10 min drive from the Orangutan Rehab Center and the owner Anton drove us about each day to the various locations we wanted to visist as well as recomended other ones we had not thought of. The chalets are right on the edge of the jungle and teh bathrooms are excellent for bird watching - we had a praying mantis in our bathroom one night! Amazing place to stay in regards to the surrounding environment and private rooms. The service in the restaurant was lacking - remember to order up to an hour earlier than you want to eat - particulary at dinner time. Stand out place though! Camille, from Australia ~ 29th Jul 2009

This is the best place to stay in the whole of Sabah! Rose is like a little Malaysian mum who looked after me when I got eaten alive by mosquitoes and cooked me food after the cooks had gone to bed for the night. Cara, from England ~ 16th Sep 2009

An absolutely wonderful place to stay as long as the 'wildlife' (bugs, monkeys, lizards, butterflies, masses of birds) doesn't concern you. It's a very tranquil setting so it's great for a few days to unwind at the end of your trip. I wouldn't stay longer than 3 nights or so as there isn't *that* much to do in Sandakan and the surrounds Jenna, from Australia ~ 15th Jan 2009
