Pension San Jeronimo in Whistler, Spanien

Staff is the worst staff I've ever seen not just by work related issues, by character. We had a problem with the reservation and they took 50 euros more from us,for the night we weren't going to stay there,and when I told them I've never seen a hostel who has such an attitude and change policy, they told me "Well,it's not Cordoba,not Seville,you are in San Sebastian" ...Decent answer huh?
