Pirwa Backpackers Familiar in Cusco, Peru

This hostel was damp and musty. The lady on the desk insisted that hostels.com listed their price as $7 not 6.50 and then continued to screw us with her own exchange rate. Very poor English and not particularly helpful. The free internet was good and the kitchen servicable. The free breakfast was stale bread and jam. Funny, since the lady said that breakfast couldn´t be served until 8am as the bread would not be ready until then. Caroline, from England ~ 4th Feb 2009
