stayed here during carnival, great place to watch the parades, the windows look right on to the square, although the downside of this is that its never quiet. Our toilet broke often and flooded the bathroom.the free internet access broke on the second night and was never fixed, the staff seemed to come in our room randomly and take our bed sheets (and not return them). breakfast seemed to go down hill from day one. The toilet that broke was immediately fixed when it was finally reported to the hostel. During Carnaval it is impossible to get a computer technician to come fix the internet connection. Most rooms during Carnaval are offered as Dorm rooms so there should not be a problem with someone using the bathroom. We are under new management and are addressing the other problems mentioned.
