PERFECT location. The only two things I would change about the hostel are: (1) Have a larger public area in order to more easily meet other hostelers. Great location just at Plaza Puerta de Sol in the centre of the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included and quite nice. One of the cleanest hostels I've stayed after visiting and staying in them over several continents.Staff is incredibly friendly, let me check my bag into a locker even after had checked out.There is no communal area with the exception of the kitchen area, but people were conversing in rooms and other smaller shared spaces - definitely a quieter crowd. As a general tip, the front rooms can be loud from street noise at night, with the further back ones being much quieter.Overall great. Darren, from USA ~ 16th Oct 2011
