Definitely CALL this hostel to make a booking, don't do it online. Or if you do it online, call and confirm. Apparently the owner receives all of the online bookings and frequently doesn't tell the staff when people make reservations. I was traveling with 3 other girls and when we arrived the staff was flustered because they had no idea we had made reservations. Luckily there was a single room available so myself and 1 girl shared a bed, 1 girl ended up on a cot, and the last girl ended up i Erica, from USA ~ 23rd Apr 2012

The rooms were clean as were the community areas with the exception of the kitchen. The kitchen was absolutely filthy most times. The refrigerator was not clean and the sponges for cleaning the dishes were dirtier than the dishes. Not quite up to par. Ben, from USA ~ 9th Apr 2012

This hostel has seen better days. Paint peeling, really old looking sheets (and white - ew), and most annoying was how the lock didn't lock on my door. There were no security boxes/lockers anywhere either. If there had been more people in the hostel I would have definitely been concerned for my belongings. Sarah, from Canada ~ 24th Oct 2011
