Renstierna Hotel & Hostel in Stockholm, Sweden

They give you a free breakfast, but it's not worth writing home about. The staff is very good and are pleasnt to talk too.Over all it's a good place to stay but it's a walk to down town about half hour. sean, from Canada ~ 21st Sep 2009

Awkward, inconvenient, but friendly. The rooms are very and the bunkbeds are so far off the ground and feel dangerous. The in room showers/toilets are also very small. Best to use the ones in the hallway. The kitchen is like "hobbit sized" you better duck your head! Breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful. They don't have WiFi but will hook-up your PC to their network, Apple users are SOL. It's in Sodermalm, near the SoFo area. If you want to spend your time in Stockholm like a fish in a tin can, a prisoner and an inhabitant of that troglodite village in Tunis where they filmed Star Wars + you're not too tall, not too wide and not too claustrophobic, then this place is excellent for you. :-) Breakfast (self-service), location (700 m from Gamla Stan) and public transport (bus just outside the main door) are good.
