Hotel was very good overall. We enjoyed our stay there. We booked the Halong Bay tour from them which was well worth it even though the actual boat wasn't the one shown in the tour booklet.

The staff at this hotel made all the difference in the experience. Very, very helpful. They went out of their way to help with whatever was needed. Our hats are off to them! Of all the hotels that we stayed in in Hanoi, they were by far the best!
