the building is a bit battered and could be cleaner, but staff was really friendly and there was a very cozy atmosphere in the whole place. location is good as well, walking distance from center and close to metro. all in all very good value for money. sam, from Belgium ~ 24th May 2012

Great location- close to main train station and metro, city center and Danube a pleasant walk away. It's in an old apartment, which gives it character. The female staff was fantastic, but the male was miserable and unhelpful. Very cheap, great deal. I stayed 4 nights and I would stay again. Sean, from Canada ~ 28th May 2012

Rustic looking hostel, basic but clean, the beds left a bit to be desired, just matresses on the floor, two beds with broken springs. We were there in winter no heating in the rooms and thin blankets meant we shivered all night. The hostel staff did give us a little stand-alone heater but it was not enough to keep even one of us warm. Rooms are not lockable so anyone staying in the hostel has access to your stuff.
