I stayed at the Royal Lisbon Hostel for 11 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The space is beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, and picture perfect views of the city. It was very central to everything, with tram, metro and train stations within a block. The staff is very friendly and offer great suggestions for what to do and how to get places. By the end of my stay I felt like I was amongst old friends. I would never stay anywhere else in Lisbon...and can't forget the yummy breakfast: Ashlee, from USA ~ 28th May 2012

It was great to stay in this hostel. They made it feel like home. The breakfast was filling (Bread, meat, cheese, cereal, tea, coffee, cake, yogurt), and the kitchen they had for guests to use was so nice! Plenty of shower and bathroom faciltilies too. Jessica, from USA ~ 26th May 2012

This hostel is perfectly located. You don't need to use transport to visit the main areas of Lisbon (Alfama is 15-20 minutes walks). Rooms and bathrooms are always clean, the staff is very helpful and breakfast is inclued! The price is not that expensive so we recommend you this place without hesitation. Probably the best hostel i have ever been. It really looks amazing! Really nice beds and the rooms have a keycard to enter and you have your own locker without any extra costs. The location was amazing! Near the metro station and tram stop just outside the door. The staff was really friendly. Except they forgot to tell us that breakfast was included.. We found out on the last day! It's great for a free breakfast. Enough bathroom. Didn't hear anybody complain, everybody loved the hostel. Would go Marijke, from Netherlands ~ 5th Aug 2011

One of the best hostel I have ever stayed in my life. Near subway and many of the tourist points. The staff is very polite and helpful. There are few toilets, but all of them clean. If I return to Lisbon I've already known where to stay. The Brazilian council works in the same building, some it's a very security place. Muito bom galera.
