Ryokan Seifu-so at Matsumoto in Nagano, Japan

Very nice place. I stayed in Seifu-so for 2nights in a very cozy and clean japanese-style room with individual air-conditioning and the typical green tea set to serve for free. They pick you up from station and lend bikes for free, what is really convenient to move arround. Its location makes this place a good headquarter to ski in Hakuba area, visit kamikochi ...
