The staff is very helpful about everything. The hostel is right near the central downtown area, but a good 10-15 min walk from the nearest subway station, through an area you may not want to walk through at night. Eric, from USA ~ 3rd Apr 2009

the staff was helpful. The area is not a very tourist area, you really get a chance to see Sao Paulo's people. I recommend the hotel just if you are going out at night use taxi and just be safe in general while you are in Sao Paulo. silvia, from USA ~ 10th Feb 2009
