its easy to go anywhere with BTS nearby, rooms and bathrooms are clean, good restaurant free wifi. Basically it's everything i need in one place misandi, from Indonesia ~ 17th Apr 2012

We stayed in a double private room which was actually better than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in. The hostel is easy access to the river ferries and metro for transport around the city and has many restaurants and bars close by. Good location unless you want to party on the Khoa San road in which case you will pay a lot to get back and should really stay elsewhere. Restaurant and cafe were good. Saphaipae Hostel is fantastic! It is easily accessible by public transportation and a close walk to the ferry. It is clean and mindful of traveler's needs. The light in the dorm room is dim so that people can see what they need to do and not wake up everyone. The female floor is secure. The lockers are huge. And the coffee is delicious! A really nice and clean place. The private room is huge and actually really fancy. Good service and facilities at the reception. They even have room service with reasonably priced food. The hostel was close to the skytrain (5 min walk), which was very convenient to get around Bangkok. The place is super clean and spacious, with laundry rooms, tv rooms, a restaurant and in general, good facilities. My only complaint is that it was very hard to see in the room after the sun went down since the room lacked enough light functions. So all of us had trouble packing and sorting our things at night. This is an hostel which will take you by surprise by everything it has to offer - Security,Location,Cleanliness,Free WIFI :)....it has everything..This is highly recommandable.We were a group of 5 guys on a week long trip across Thailand with Bangkok as last stop.The dorm room was very clean,huge spacious with clean toilets and good showers with hot water.This one has everything.The breakfast menu is quite good.Beer is cheap (same as it will cost in a 7/11) and location is convinient with a BTS Harshad, from India ~ 19th Nov 2011
