Sea Rock Inn in Koh Samui, Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika

It's a cheap motel, rather than hostel. Old dirty rooms. Poor service. We bought an internet card for 3$, which did not work. A guy from "reception" told us that it works everywhere, and "more importantly"(!) on his computer. Of course, no refund. Ultimately, we managed to catch wi-fi on one of the devices, which was so slow that did not serve its purpose.

You told us that you are very happy and that was the reason you came back again. You should have told us about Wi-Fi issue and we would have tried to resolve it. Sometimes you would need to deactivate your firewalls.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und groß. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und ausreichend im Innenhof vorhanden. Außerdem kann man sich am Pool vom Stadtleben erholen. Benjamin, from Germany ~ 31st Jul 2011
