the staff at Sentosa View---Swan, is a very nice guy, friendly & accommodating. He runs the place efficiently. Sentosa View is a neat place, really good for backpackers. Its only problem is its location which is quite far from the MRT stations---you have to walk about 10 minutes to/from the stations.

Clean, staff on-hand 24/7, chances to talk with plenty of travellers, internet, DVDs, simple breakfast and great location (10 min walk to MRT) made this a great choice.

Sentosa View is a great hostel. The staff is polite and eager to help, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My only problem is it's a bit far from the MRT, but a bit of walking never hurt anyone. Defintely will return if ever I go back to Singapore. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Good place to stay, clean and comfortable and fairly close to the city.
Lockers would be nice, or some type of storage for luggage. Friendly staff.
En suite toilet wasn't working - which should have been fixed ASAP. What's the point of paying extra for a private bathroom when you can't use it?

Great place to stay, enjoyed everthing here. Indeed a very good hostel. All there major tourist attractions are nearby accessible by Bus or MRT or just a short walk away. Remember Ladies night is on Wednesday, Free entrance for Ladies and 5 FREE drinks. Its amazing. Remember to ask for the Travel Guide they prepared. Makes life a lot easier to go to the popular places. It has detail bus or mrt routes with clear instructions to travel cheap and fast. Remember to print the Hostel Directions and MA

On the one hand this place is great! New york styled apartment just been refurbished.
On the down side there wasn't even a mirowave to heat the canned food. I think they are getting one soon as they are new.
The view from the 23rd floor is really nice.
It's good for the 3 day traveller due to the fact that there's no cooking facilities. that was the only problem. However dont get me started on singapore as a country...I think 3 days would be enough. Google singapore's hospitality. Having sai

As of today, our microwave oven is now in. We also have a conventional oven for use.
