Shimla Youth Hostel in Varkala, Indien

This hostel is actually called the Hotel Satkaar which makes it a little difficult to find if you don't know that it is not called the Shimla Youth Hostel. Room was okay but way overpriced at 1400 rupees. The hot "shower" consisted of a bucket of water which is fine but not for the price. Also, can be very noisy upstairs where large groups of young guys hold whisky drinking sessions into the early hours of the mornings. Leonie, from New Zealand ~ 17th Jun 2011
