Sleepzone surprised me because it was really cheap and it was very clean. All the forniture looked like if was new and de staff was very kind with me. I will recomend this hostel for everybody and if I come back again I'm sure that I'm going to sleep there. Thanks ZARA, from Spain ~ 7th Feb 2012

Great stay at sleepzone. In the heart of Galway and the staff were very nice and helpful. The 1 small downside was the 10am checkout but if we didnt have such a good time in Galway the night before it wouldn't have been a problem!! Out of all the hostels I've stayed in, this own felt the most like a hotel. Everything is brand new and very clean. Its located a little bit off the main drag, but its not a long walk and I liked being in a quieter area. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. My main complaint was that the shower was FREEZING both times I used it, to the point where I couldn't get under the water, and the heat never came on in the room either. We're very sorry about the shower - the hot water and heat are most definitely on and working - we'll see if we can find out separately what the problem may have been in your room.
