The only thing that bothered me was that there was no free option for luggage storage. If you wanted to leave your lugguage at the hostel for an hour or two after checking out, you had to pay eur 4,00 to store it in a locker. But I guess that's just me being picky. Great hostel though! It was a nice hostel, though kind of big which did not necessarily facilitate getting to know new people. Facilities were clean but I think about 40 euros for a bed in a 8 female dorm is quite expensive. Plus one needs to pay for storing luggage (big locker costs 4-5.50euros!) if you arrive before check-in at 14 or don't want to carry your stuff around Paris after check-out at 10.30! Booked for 5 people in a 6 bed room. Our party was split 4-1 between two rooms, without even as much as an apology. Found a tick crawling in one of the beds, showers and floors in the bathrooms were both dirty. We were on the 6th floor, but the wrong side, so we had to take an elevator to the fifth, walk down a hallway, then stairs up to the 6th. So we needed keys for both the 5th and 6th floor. I've been to Paris 4 times and have had to stay at some nasty, cheap nightmare hostels.Usually because I couldn't book a spot at this hostel.It is simply the best one you can get in this city (the quality standards in Paris are super-low because so many people visit anyway).So not to say it is the best hostel out there, but for Paris you can't do any better.Book in advance! Great al around hostel, the location is not the best but you are a 3 minute walk to a metro station. The bar and club offer great meeting points for young travellers and the restaurant is avg price for good food. Rooms are clean and spacious, huge locker under your bed for luggage and valuables, bathrooms were cleaned daily. Free walking tour picks up in lobby and the wifi works in all hallways and some rooms. I would recommend highly for partygoers and young adults looking to meet others. best hostel I ever stayed!!! it's new, clean, the staff was great, the bar was great, I loved the room & the roommates, the free wifi, it was perfect! it's a little more expensive, but it's worth it! I really felt like I'm in a 5 stars hotel, I would love to come back! the metro station is about 2 streets away, the view from the window is amazing I stayed at the 3rd floor and I could see the canal de la villette it's really a beautiful place!!! I recommend it to all of you

Expensive for what the hostel offers... If it was a little bit central it could be more aceptable, but its verry far from downtown in a very strange neighborhood... I have seen better and cheaper even in south america TIAGO, from Brazil ~ 13th Apr 2012
