The staff was very unfriendly and didnt wake up in the morning for the promised breakfast. We had to wake her up to get our stuff that she kept secured because there are neither lockers nor locks on the doors. The bathroom was dirty and we didnt even want to take a shower there. The breakfast thay she made was taking a sub out of the normally locked 'manager refrigerator' and we preferred to eat at starbucks. We are really near the airport, you heard the planes all night (it stops at 2AM to start at 5AM) and the windows were broken! The neighborhood is nice tough but kind of far from downtown..we didn't have sheets, but a blanket... laura, from France ~ 8th Sep 2011

Every 5 mins you can hear the airplane and every 10 mins you can hear the train.It lasts after midnight. If you are a light sleeper, better dont choose this hostel, but if you come back late every night, that will be fine. WEIWEI, from China ~ 22nd Aug 2011

Sadly, the pancakes were discontinued earlier this year, and Juliet has switched to frozen Subway bread with butter or jam (which she's a bit stingy with). She's very accommodating in every other way, and is full of stories. Planes go directly overhead, so bring earplugs! Mark, from Canada ~ 5th Jul 2011

a friend and i stayed there for 2 nights and we had a lot of fun! it's in little italy and near the airport. so the location is really good :) the manager will introduce you to the other guests! it's a lot of fun to meet new people! would totally stay there again! :) Sandra, from Austria ~ 21st Jun 2011
