Rather difficult checking in as i had to locate a payphone to call owner to give me the key code to get into safe to get key to get in room. Other then that it was a nice quiet place. Ken, from USA ~ 8th Sep 2009

We were 4 adults and 1 children and we booked for a night at Sundance. This was our biggest mistake! Despite the deposit, the confirmation and even the cancellation protection fee we took, we were not granted any room once we arrived there. The man was not helpful at all. I called him 30 minutes before our arrival ( on a foreign phone) and he didn\'t even tell me that there was no room for us!!! We were waiting for him (15 minutes) loaded with our luggage and a baby starting to cry because o Noro, from Madagascar ~ 31st Aug 2009

They ask you to call before you arrive so they can give you the code to the key box. We were international travelers so we didn´t have a phone. We couldn´t find a pay phone either and ended up asking a nearby bar/restaurant to use their phone. They were very nice about it. They asked us to leave rent in the lock box and it was still there when left the next day. We never saw the owners and had no one to ask questions. We did have a room to ourselves which was nice.
