Went up here for my 25th and had a ball!!!! The girl at teh front desk, Kat, was really bubbley and fun and easy on the eyes aswell which is also a plus. All the staff there were really helpful and I would highly recommend the Saturday night pub crawl was a great night and half price drinks all night ensured i didnt remember most of it. Location was great right on the beach and only a 10 minute strut inot town which is fine. Would def stay again. Ray, from Ireland ~ 14th Jan 2012

I loved this place. It's right near the ocean and a great stop on the Great Ocean Road. The old woman who runs it couldn't be sweeter. The rooms are average but the main room and kitchen look out over the ocean and beach. There's a fire pit outside which was fun and when I was there they had free wifi which was pretty rare in Australia. I can't recommend this place enough. Nicholas, from USA ~ 22nd Jan 2012

I came to book a tour and the girl selling me the tour was more interested in having a conversation with and laughing at the girl in the reception who burped several times while her head was laying on the desk - I find it appropiate and disgusting and I was offended by it - in another situation I would have given her a high-five for the burping but I was a paying customer and she was at work - it is not okay! Even though we went at a quiet time of the year there was still always something to do at the hostel every night. It's also really clean and there's lots of room. We'll stay there next time we're in Surfers :) Holly, from Australia ~ 28th Jul 2011
