The Ivory Hostel in New Delhi, India

In general, I'm quite happy with the hostel. Some remarks: -The location is a little confusing. It would help if they had a small map drawn of the immediate area, so can find places to eat and so on. -For breakfast or other meals, the hotel orders out to a nearby place. There's no restaurant/breakfast area, so no meeting other guests there. - No Wifi, Lift when I was there. So, an Ok place. But I expected more given the facilities list that is claimed. I'm not very happy about this hotel (it's not an hostel and the real name is Ivory palace hotel). The staff is not friendly, at first the air conditing was not working and I had to tell them 4 times to solve the problem. It's not true that there's breakfast included in the price. The room was decent but not so clean. No hot water. They also often turn off the air conditioning to save money, even when i was in the room. To the price showed here they add 10% luxury tax and 10% for service charge. Federico, from Italy ~ 25th Jul 2009
