The Loft hostel was definitely a nice place to stay. Ideally located, short walk to metro and surrounding supermarkets with cheap cheap beer! It has a friendly atmosphere with a beautiful hungarian girl working there Gina, offering all her local knowledge and kindness. My boyfriend and I shared the private double room and it was everything and more. It was a large room, very clean, warm and had an ensuite and even a kitchen and fridge. It was more like a small apartment! It was like staying in a Tegan, from Australia ~ 5th Dec 2011

I took a chance to stay here and was not disappointed. Gina and Ferci were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make suggestions, provide schedules and train/bus times. The place was clean and pleasant and I met some really nice and interesting people as well. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and fellow travellers. RAJIV, from USA ~ 19th Jul 2011

If you are looking for a hostel where you can sleep in a dorm of 6/8 people and still sleep peacefully then look no further. I stayed there for about 4 nights and I sure would say it's the best hostel I've stayed with respect to hospitality.I walked into the hostel on a early Saturday morning, and I was welcomed in warmly by Ferci and he explained in-spite of having played in a band the night before.
