The Point Backpackers Hostel in Lima, Peru

AWFUL hostel, unfriendly, large, just a place for drunk english people to come to. it´s in barranco, miles away from lima centro. there´s only 2 computers which are constantly in use so can never get on internet. i stayed here one night, went to nazca for a night, then when i came back to the point for the following night they had no record of my booking even though i had the hostels.com print out. I was in with a friend of mine for a wedding in Lima. We wanted to get our suits ironed before the wedding, but there was no iron at the hostel. That is the only real complaint I had. We ended up paying 30 sol somewhere to get it done. David, from USA ~ 17th Dec 2008
