It was too expensive considering the service, the room was crappy, smelling like urine, with the dirty carpet coming off, holes in the walls, no hangers in the wardrobe, only one plug. I would not recommend it to a friend. And it should definitely change its name from hotel to hostel.

This guest did not bring to our attention any issues that he was having with his room until he checked out of the property after 5 days, at which point he only addressed the issue of a urine smell in the room. We had our housekeeping department shampoo the carpet that afternoon and have had no further complaints. In response to the hangers, we make it clear that we do not provide any 'ammenities' within the rooms - they are 'basic' dormitory style and any luxuries that a guest would like will need to be provided on their own. We do regular maintenance checks of the rooms and report to our maintenance department any deficiencies, we have not found the 'holes' in the walls that this guest is referring too. I also informed the guest at the time of check out, that had reported the issue of the smell when he checked (noticed the issue) we would have moved him immediately.
