Decent place. Nice enough but a bit far from West Lake (saw other hostels closer on my way to it). I was sick, so it may be more fun that I think but did not look like anybody else was having much fun either. The staff is great. Really nice and helpfull staff, we enjoyed our stay very much, hot water all the time and compared to other hostels in china really clean! They have a cute rabbit and two really beautiful kittys :) Bus station was quite near, and the distance to the like was a 10 minutes walk, which is also good. Good place to stay! located a bit out of town the hostel is about 15 by walk south from the west lake. the air in my room was very wet, so everything felt cold and uncomfortable. with air con was ok but it does only work when u are in the room. staff was nice and helpful. nice common room. The room I stayed in was clean however it did have a very musky smell therefore I assume there must be some mold in there somewhere beyond that the staff was wonderful and made the entire visit very nice. Greg, from USA ~ 12th Mar 2009

It's very good value. The location is not central but there are frequent buses 200 m from the hostel. The staff are very nice and tries to help in all different matters. The common room is good, you can borrow and watch DVD movies for free and there's a pool table. The beds are a little bit hard and the 6 dorm are a little bit small. Carl, from Sweden ~ 5th Mar 2009

I find Chinese youth hotels are very nice, and also this hostel is nice too! You can stay comfortably and get help from kind stuff there. You can also get free hot water and watch lots of kind of DVD for free. If you want, you can borrow bycicles and take a ride. Hirai, from Japan ~ 2nd Mar 2009
