Trafalgar Cottages in Philippines, Philippines

I really liked staying in Trafalgar, especially because it was so cheap. The owner was really nice and arranged everything for us. This room is indeed only a short walk to the beach, but it's a long walk to the best part of the beach. When we stayed there the staff was kind, but when the island was experiencing its common power outages, Tragfalgar had no generator, so there were no lights, no fan...it was not good. The rooms are very dark and hot, especially if there's no power. We found much better, more convenient beachfront accommodations the next day for almost the same price. Had a really great stay at Trafalgar. Joel and the other staff were all really friendly and the other guests we met were all great fun. Mosquitoes ravaged me on the last night, but no one can be blamed for that. Thoroughly recommend a stay at Trafalgar. JACK, from England ~ 6th Jan 2009
