Tres Mundos Hostel in Veliko Tarnovo, Mexiko

Our blankets were all over with stains and didn't look really clean. Then she showed us our room which was not more then a cubbyhole with a bed, a little table and a ventilator in it. It was right next to the washing room and one of our two windows looked into there. The other window was looking into a dirty backyard. Fresh air? No chance! The 'breakfast' contains a coffee and two toasts. And we had one shower and toilet to share with people from the kitchen and dormitories. Never again!

When you reserved over Hostelworld a cheap hostel 'private with shared bathroom', you probably didnt expect an apartament with private bathtub and a sea view, which for the price we cannot provide (we would love to). Coffee and 2 toasts with jam is a standard breakfast in most hostels which provide it (a lot of them dont). Just for the record, price we charge for a room is much lower than in europe, toast bread, jam and coffee however cost about the same here than there. Our sheets may look used, some might have stains (we cannot afford to buy a new set for each new arrival), but they are washed after every use and are as clean as they can be, i can asure you. But, hostel is not only about a room, its about all the space that is outside, where you can meet people and be on a fresh air, we have a lot of open spaces. If you expressed your concerns, i would have tried to move you and do everything to satisfy you. Maybe next time we could do it better. Thanks again for your stay and your honest rating.
