The location was beautiful. Difficult to communicate with the local Thai staff cause they did not speak or understand english.The water supply in the room was muddy in color and the flow was slow. Overall the place was clean and good to stay in. Was centrally located.
Dear Fortune Thanks for your review. The Water-Problem has been solved and its flowing clear and normal now. That happens sometimes if its raining a lot or heavely.

Very nice, cheap bungalows about a 10 minute walk to quiet Mae Nam beach. Staff is great. Hotel is very gay friendly for what its worth. James, from USA ~ 23rd Mar 2009

fantastic place to stay - really nice staff who are so helpful and polite - lovely thai style huts which are good and give you your own space. 15 mins away from Chaweng which is good as you can relax. Only negative is cleaning staff dont change sheets when requested (twice) but not a big problem and overall would recommend
Hi Alan Thanks for your Review. I am already aware of the problem with the housekeeping. In the next couple of days i will get other housekeeping staff to solve that problem. I also introduced a new housekeeping quality manual (internal staff manual) to keep them more aware of details like that. I know that needs some time to be in effect, but I try to do my best to work with my housekeeping staff towards a better quality of the Service. Thanks anyway for your stay with us, and I am sure i have solved the problem on your next stay :-)) Have a safe trip!

Very good resort with fantastic bungalows at a low cost. Big, clean, nice beds. Would recommend this to anyone who want's to be able to sleep thru the night in a qiuet location, away from the fuzz. Yet walking distance to a great beach, and 10 min with motorbike to the 'city center'.
