Vitosha Hostel in Sofia, Bulgaria

The reservation didn't work and there was no room for me although my friends got a room on that day in the morning without any reservation. I have booked a single room and the lady at the hostel told me that they don't have any single rooms at all. Please refund the money that I paid for the reservation.
