The guest house is charming especially since the communal area is very cosy and a great place to get in touch with other travellers. But keep in mind that the construction of the guest house is very simple. Prepare for ants and other animals in the shower. Ear plugs are a must have! Biggest minus for me: cleanliness of the bathrooms was poor. Otres Beach itself is highly recommended: a lovely beach with nice bars and restaurants. Very relaxed! Janina, from Germany ~ 9th Apr 2012

overpriced. it is must cost 2-3$ but not a 12$. Character is only for toilet area, but standart room is like you sleep on the bar area (which is under you). May be good place for people who drink half night then sleep. Staff if very friendly. But for 12$ somewhere you can find really nice place. Sihanoukvill for 5-10$ also better value you can find.
