Very unpleasent owner. She refused to change my reservation from private room ($80) to dorm ($20) even there were a lot of free beds. Also she tried ti cheat on currency exchange. We stayed in 4 hostels in 5 days and for a private double room, this was the best. We were situated over the road from the hostel in what felt like our own apartment. We would definitely go back. They provided everything we needed and all for 50 euro a night in such a central location of Moscow. (Godzilla hostel came a close second) steven, from England ~ 4th Nov 2009

Stayed in a really nice flat. Location is close to the metro and in a really nice area. It is also within walking distance to a lot of sites. The rooms were clean and I liked our living room/kitchen area a lot. Staff was also very helpful and the city maps were of great help. Had a great stay. Thanks! Marco, from USA ~ 10th Aug 2009

This is a wonderful hostel! It is the cleanest and friendliest one I have been to, and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. There is a fun and laid-back community atmosphere, and the location is excellent in central Moscow. Clement, from USA ~ 21st Jul 2009

Tiny entrance hall of the hostel was gloomy and decorated with piles of shoes. Though the hostel was already informed on the arrival time guests would be coming through the booking/reservation confirmation, no staff was around. Once we met them they always said they on duty 24 hrs. We also witnessed an Aussie group coming from St. Petersburg about 7.00-8.00. They rang the door bell but the staff not there.
