Very helpful staff and nice clean rooms.Lots of information and nice and quiet.Was warm enough for the winter and had hot water so very happy.Great place to go in China. David, from England ~ 16th Jan 2012

Staff is fantastic and speak well enough English, are happy to give you advice on National park and so on. Common area really nice. Easy to reach with bus number 3 from bus station (handy when you go National park). Only problem: HUGE cockroach in room! Kathrin, from Germany ~ 27th Nov 2011

The atmosphere, view from the garden, and furnishings were all amazing. They even have a pet kitten who is friendly and cute, making it feel homey. If you don't speak Chinese, it maybe a little more difficult to get advice and directions, since the staff only speaks a little English. They have lots of maps and stuff to help, though.
