The day I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the room rate was 1800 baht per night (twin room) instead of 990 baht for two person - which is the amount i had booked for through this website. It's not about the money that I'm not happy about, it's about pple involved in this matter. The folks at the hotel knew that we were coming but never made any effort to acknowledge the booking (which they didn't want to book because they claimed that hostelworld didn't accept their rate). I wasn't informed about it about the change either.
