The room is small like everyone else is saying. Eventhough the mattress was on the floor, I never thought it would be that comfy... The pillows were good too! Shower rooms were a bit small too. The location can be quite far from the city centre but it was not as hectic and crowded as the city centre. I think it is about 5-10 minutes (including waiting time to cross the roads at the traffic lights) walking distance to the MRT station. The hostel was close enough to restaurants... 7-11 is nearby... I love cats so Princess Pepper and Romeo made me and my friend feel at home... There is only 1 PC with free Internet usage... At least it is free... I agree that there is not much privacy in the room because the wall between 2 rooms is not concrete. Plus, the door is folded thin wooden door (to save space)... My overall impression is it is small but nice...

Excellent location close to the MTR, supermarket across the road and planty of 24 hour eateries close by. Two lovely cats that keep you company and unlimited internet access to keep in touch with the family. The hostel appeals to the more mature crowds so no late night partyers drinking and keeping you awake, which is a bonus if youre looking for a good nights sleep. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the did our washing while we were away so grateful for that! Would definately go back again.
Close to MRT station which is good for accessing anywhere in city. We got a tiny room, had no floor space with our bags in the room...Other rooms seemed better. The cats are really cool & staff were helpful

This was a nice relaxing hostel, with good kitchen and nice feel to the place. the list of do's and don'ts was a bit off putting tho. I liked the free internet and the decor. It was a bit quiet tho - don't come here for a wild one. Not much going on around either.
