This is the best staff at any hotel I have ever been to in the World. That is not an exaggeration. Extremely nice, helpful, and fun to be around. They helped with organizing trips (and seemed to be the only honest people in town) and made us a great breakfast every morning, picked us up from the train when we returned from trips...they were amazing. The accomodations are also nothing to laugh about - very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We actually stopped in the sister hotel called democracy which is better located in the old quarter. Staff were very helpful and got a good deal with tours to sappa and halong bay.

Bodega is absolutely the place to stay in Hanoi !!! Great location. Very very friendly and helpful staff ! I've not experience such great hospitality from a hotel before. Spacious and clean 3 beds room. Highly recommended !
