Free airport pickup wasnt there to collect us...no apology.Double room with ensuite was decent size,had aircon and telly...pretty grubby but grand.Staff were ok,certainly not the worst but far from the best.50Rp tuk tuk ride from centre/connaught place.I imagine its far cheaper if you walk in off the street to be honest.

This hotel is decent but DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEIR TRAVEL DESK. The company is called FLAMINGO TRAVEL and they completely lied to us and ripped us off on a hell trip to Agra. We demanded our money back and when it came time to hand over the cash they screamed at us for over an hour and tried to delay it as they knew we had a flight that morning to catch. Avoid this company at all costs and only book tours through the official India Tourism office on Janpath.

I was pleasantly pleased with my stay here. It was very clean, the staff helpful and funny in a way that only Indians can be funny. The Indian breakfast was tasty and included in the price. I would definitely stay here again if I am passing through Delhi.
