What a nightmare without printout of booking. Booked a dorm but told had non on arrival. Put in room with en-suite and told no problem and would pay the same. In the morning this changed and I was kept waiting while manager was contacted by phone. It seemed a deliberate tactic to waist my time so I would relent and pay up the additional charge for the upgrade. Eventually spoke to the manager who initilaay wanred $40 for the room rather than the $11 for the dorm I had booked. They claim they neve
