A really nice place. We turned up very late and prewarned the owner. He said he would leave a note of how to get in and he not only did do so but I think he stayed up till we got in at 2am waiting for us. A really lovely guy and a really nice place to stay. best place in beppu!

I would recommend this to every one. Great location, big kitchen and common room, really clean and you can't forget the relatively big onsen they have there. One of the best places I've stayed in Japan. Stayed for extra 3 nights. Tried the dorms and private rooms and both were top of the line.
