It is so noisy till midnight coz they have discotheque at the basement floor, and every room can hear what is going on the discotheque. What is worse, they have not refunded for the deposit I paid via hostelworld.com. I asked after I noticed the day after check out, but no reply. How can I rate this hotel as more than average?
