The hostel is in nothing hill so the neirbourhood is very quiet and peacefuly. The facilities needs a complete change, things are quite old like the 'kitchen' area, the in-room radiators or the unisex bathroom. The worst was the treatment: when we first got into our room a window was broken and I told them to fix it, they answer me that the manager will handle it by the hour. We got out and came back by midnight to the hostel but the window wasn't fixed! I spoke to the girl in the hall and she

This was a very comfortable hostel overall. My complaints are the stairs (there are sooo many - but its really only a pain when you have bags) and the linens (i was there 5 nights and never saw any linens changed ever.... people just moved in and moved out and slept on whatever linens had been there the night before)

Good location! Nice to wake up in a room with 5 boys. Too bad the staff wasn't interested in the guests. The cleaning lady is a angry bitch. Hopefully she manages it to vacuum on the 4th floor.

near underground station bayswater. nice and cozy hostel, but bathroom and kitchen are not so clean. poorly kitchen.
