The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help. The free pick-up at the airport was a real plus, and the driver was ready to meet me. I took one side trip arranged through Sara Inn Hostel, and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. I needed a quiet place to stay, and this place worked well for me. I would definitely return to Sara Inn Hostel for future trips to Cairo.

This hostel was nice. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room, which was a single and had air conditioning, was nice. But depending on your room, the experience might be different. Most rooms were like mine I think, but there were 2 that were very small and no ac...etc. The hostel was a little dead...in that it wasn't very fun. People didn't party and hang out like in other hostels I've been to. But location is great, downtown, close to Egyptian Museum. I recommend it!

The staff were more than helpful-they quickly became our friends and assisted us in everything we needed and all questions we had. I felt extremely safe leaving my bags/passport/computer in my room. The rooms were simple but clean with a lot of windows, which helps at night. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Cairo.

Staying at the Sara Inn was so great that we just didn't want to leave Cairo. More important than the nice room and the excellent location (central but quiet), is the staff- a great group of people that is always willing to help and make you feel like home.
