The directions are a bit hard to follow... also, beware that the numbers on the street that you should look for are the big, tile numbers (not the small, dun-colored numbers). It's quite a bit down Via Ricasoli. No locks. Very hot in the summer. Pretty building!

Way too expensive for what it is, it is really dirty and the beds are horrible. Plus, they charged me for a room of four when there where five persons in it. Do NOT go.

Was a bit pricy but everything around Florence pretty much is. David was very helpful and accommodating :) Showers could be improved and can get hot, no fan or AC

Bed linens were disgusting, shared bath was for 11 people and was broken flooding onto the floor and toilet was foul. The owner had been aware of this for over a week. He also said that if we were to contact the police, he would deny ever having received any payment from us. We would NEVER reccommend someone to stay at this place.

How much does it cost to buy a fan? If you like being bitten by 1000 bugs every night, and having dead lizards on the ground this is the place for you! If you like sweating your balls off by all means stay at the david inn! Seriously please buy some fans, it would make it so much better. Location was good, and the staff was not unfriendly.
