Be aware there is a 24 hour building site going on right next door to this place, not 6pm to 10.30pm as the lying staff had told us!. Our room didnt have any natural light and smelt of damp. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had with dried up fruit and dry bread. The orange juice was so watered down that when it had settled you could see it was about 10% orange juice and 90% water! so be prepared to go out for breakfast and sleep with the sound of drills all night! other than that it was great!

This was an excellent hotel as the staff couldnt have been friendlier. They were great at helping us organise our few days in hanoi by booking trips and transport and giving advice, and seemed to genuinely want us to have a good time rather than trying to make money out of us. The extra touches made us feel very welcome such as the complimentary bowl of fresh fruit in the room each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay of 3 days. The staff served us with efficiency. Thanks Pacific!

Before checking in, make sure all about your reservation. We had problems, because they told us that the reservation was too cheap. We solved it looking for the reservation in the web. They accepted as soon as they saw it clearly.
