Unique amongst the hostels in Florence, Youth Hostel Florence 2000 is only a few minutes from the historic areas of San Frediano and Santo Spirito and can easily be reached from the train station, Santa Maria Novella (approx. 15 min on foot without luggage).
Private rooms with private toilet/shower
At YHF2000 there is no curfew but you MUST check-in by 7:30pm. Reception is closed from 7:30pm to 7:00am. When closed we do Not check guests in. If you are not able to check-in by 7:30pm you Must call us before 7:30pm. If one of us is available we will check you in at an extra charge.

Reception is closed from 7:30pm to 7:00am. When closed we do not check guests in. If for unexpected events you are not able to check-in by 7:30pm you must call us before 7:30pm. If (and only if) one of us is available we will check you in but you will be charged the late check-in fee which depends on your arrival time (15-25 euros). If none of us is available to check you in after 7:30pm we will charge on your credit card the first night of stay

- yhf2000 has a 3 day cancellation policy.
According to the city council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from july 1st the city of florence introduced the tourism tax, applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
